Founder, Kevin Schuh, has been in the construction industry for years and has worked on innumerable projects of varying size and scope. Throughout his experience, Kevin sought to differentiate himself and found that one of the most important ways to do that is through assured customer confidence and comfort. As such, Kevin makes sure insurance and licensure are always up to date and all projects are built specifically to town and state code, so customers can be assured that they are receiving the highest level of service.

In founding KMS Construction, Kevin’s goal was to create a firm where jobs are seen through from start to finish, attention is given to every detail and corners are never cut. Professional and personalized service is given to each client and Kevin always seeks to exceed expectations, knowing that customer satisfaction is vital to his and each project’s success.
